Quick Circuit Workout

Hey there – How about a quick workout today that will get the heart pumpin’.   Start off with a 10 minute warm up on the treadmill, eliptical or bike – your choice then follow up with the following:

2 sets of 12 reps squats

30 jumping jacks

2 sets of 12 reps chest press

10 burpees

2 sets of 12 reps deadrows

12 squat jumps (or frog jumps)

2 sets of 12 reps each arm tricep kickbacks

1 minute shuffle (after 30 seconds other direction with opposite leg leading)

2 sets of 12 reps each arm bicep curls

30 seconds toy soldier (or walking toe touches)

2 sets of 12 reps each leg walking lunges

60 jumping jacks

2 sets of 12 reps shoulder press

20 burpees

1 minute plank

30 second plank each side

20 slow bicycles

Printing this circuit workout tomorrow and giving it a try!! Gotta start the strength training somewhere!
