Treadmill Speed Work Out

Good morning!  How about a quick speed workout on the treadmill?  The weather down here is really rainy so a treadmill workout is in order for today.  Here is a quick and challenging speed workout that will get your heart pumpin’   Let me know what you think and have a healthy day!

TREADMILL SPEED WORKOUT

Warm up – 3 minutes

6.5 two minutes

8.0  45 seconds

4.5 one minute

6.6 two minutes

8.1  45 seconds

3.5 one minute

6.0 two minutes

8.5 45 seconds

5.0 one minute

7.0 two minutes

9.0 one minute

3.5 three – five minutes
