Hello – welcome to my blog and thank you for stopping by.  I will be regularly posting tips on living an active and healthy lifestyle along with anything else of interest at the time.  Hope you stop by often and please leave comments as I would love to hear from you.  With that said, do you find yourself making excuses not to exercise??  We can always find an excuse.  You need to ask yourself how badly do you want it!  If you find yourself saying: I have too much to do; it is too early; it is too late; it is her/his fault; I don’t know how to do it; I am too tired; I am unprepared; I am too old; I am too weak; I can’t afford it; it won’t work for me; it hurts; I quit; If only this or only that – WELL, YOU MUST NOT WANT IT BADLY ENOUGH!    Make time to get it done – no excuses!  Start earlier or go later.  Look for a less expensive option.  Learn it.  If it hurts, makes some changes.  Be prepared.  It is never someone else’s fault.   I leave you with this – Do something today that your future self will thank you for.
