While proper diet is key, dieting alone will not help you lose weight.  You must give your body the exercise it needs.    There is something extremely important that you have to understand, if you are really motivated to lose weight and get the fit and toned body were destined to have, you must exercise for weight loss to be truly effective.  Proper diet coupled with proper exercise will yield the results you are craving.  Not only will you look and feel better and have tons of energy, you will improve your health, strength and self image.
