Good morning friends – Hope everyone had a nice weekend and your week is getting of to a great start.  Our weekend started off with a 22 mile run.  We were fortunate to have just a tad bit cooler weather which made it nice 🙂  The remainder of the weekend was filled with lots of yard work and some nice relaxing time at the lake.

One more long run to go before marathon day on November 18th.  Such a nice feeling to know it will be taper time soon.

Hello Friends – Hope everyone is having a great week so far.  We finally got some fall like weather down here.  I don’t think it is going to last long, but I’ll take it!  The lovely people at Früsh contacted me recently about a new product available near me.  They sent me some samples and some reference material on a new drinkable yogurt:  Früsh.


Früsh is an all- natural yogurt with fresh fruit and added probiotics and calcium.  It is a great healthy snack.  The flavors are blueberry, strawberry, strawberry/banana and peach.  I had some friends and co-workers try and give me their thoughts.  The majority liked all flavors, but peach seemed to be the favorite.  Also, the style of the bottle was a plus for most.  I, personally, liked the peach the best.  Although the strawberry/banana was a close second.  I like the fact that all the ingredients were natural.  I did think the sugar content was a little on the high side though.  Overall, I thought it was a good product.  If you want to learn more, check out the website at www.gofrush.com .  It is available at the following stores:  Winn-Dixie, Food Lion, Bi-Lo, Harris Teeter, Piggly Wiggly, Ingles, Wilco, Food City, Hannaford, Price Chopper and Lowes Food.
